Great install video, it's nice to see the process on this one. Careful using that weed barrier long-term, after a couple years it will start to disintegrate and begin introducing plastic strips and particles into your soil.

@@lemongauche Thank you for the comment. The hoop house blew over in a storm so I’ll be securing it again this week once the storms are past. I am planning on putting gravel or wood chips down over the weed mat. I’ve used a much cheaper and flimsier material before and the weeds just rooted right into it and the gophers chewed so many holes. 🤣. This one is inside the hoop house and on the landing only. We typically use cardboard boxes as weed mat which is great because as it biodegrades it just disappears. We have very poor sandy soil which needs as much organic material as possible.

@@GardenerInterrupted I would definitely use cardboard instead of weed mat but I do understand the appeal. Good luck securing the hoop house! Hopefully you won't have to mount the house onto footings. The wind has really been something lately.
