Hey mate, regarding the rgb.. I’ve plugged it into my pc, done all the steps, it doesn’t need an update, but my right ear will randomly go to another colour, every time I set the colour it doesn’t change and it Giusy goes random

I bought my son the Arctis Pro wired headset and had to take it back because the mike picked up way too much background noise. Are these the same?

All Arctis headsets have a mediocre mic in my opinion, if mic control is what you want (and some nice comfort along the way) then the G PRO X is the way to go.

I have the arctis pro and when I try to change the rgb, it changes to the colour I selected it to be. but, after a second it starts changing red erratically. Even when I ' Disable illumination ', I still get the flashing of red.

Maybe that was the setting made in engine 3, since you can control each side separately. If it was not set up like that, then maybe its a hardware issue and I would contact steelseries

Are you sure these are the 5? If they are new and they don't work, contact steelseries. If they are used... contact whoever you purchased them from.

If you just got these already its too late these are decent if you download an equalizer the equalizer in steel series wont help much at all sound positioning is bad on these. Go for some superlux 681 hds these are way cheaper and sound miles better.

А во время игры в Warzone, когда едешь на автомобиле или летишь в самолёте то в дискорде плохо слышно друга, как будто уходят на задний план, потом восстанавливается. Блин, чем дороже наушники тем их сложнее настраивать. Слишком много всяких непонятных функций. Чтобы ими нормально пользоваться, надо сначала получить высшее техническое образование в каком-нибудь университете^^

Got my arctis pro (wired) today and took me forever to get the rgb off. Now can't turn it on again no matter the settings in the engine. I am also afraid the equalizer settings don't have any effect. Everything sounds the same no matter what. Anyone experienced anything similar? When I first installed them also had to change the channel quality to FM radio, otherwise I would not have any sound coming from the Game output...
