Great video thank you! Any tips for phone calls; specifically for my voice volume to be a lot louder for the listener? I can hear them perfectly, they claim my voice volume is very distant and quiet. Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is the fix but, put them on, go into your bluetooth settings and click on the "i" information icon. Scroll down to microphone and check to see that it says automatic. It might be locked one side or the other and for whatever reason it might not be working properly. I hope this is the solution. If not, I'm afraid I'm not seeing any reason or solution to your problem.

​@@wlsntech I checked this and 'automatic' is selected. I actually tried the earbuds on my laptop, using Zoom and tested the mic and it recorded my voice and the playback was loud and crystal clear. SO yeah, I don't think the buds are faulty in any way. I'll try them again on a call and hopefully it's okay. Thanks again for your reply.

No you don’t, you can adjust the settings within the iPhone Bluetooth settings. click on the Beats fit pro within blue tooth and it should open up to control it

I had no problem using these in the shower. I obviously didn't drown them in water, but some condensation and light splashes on it won't do a thing to it.

Thanks for the review. I still don't understand the touch control, though. Is it more like the original AirPods? For example, if you have a hat on your head that covers your ears, can you tap through the hat to control the headphones? Or do you have to touch the headphones themselves with your finger?

Sorry about that. The controls are tactile buttons. As long as you apply enough pressure, you could technically activate them through a hat. In which you’ll hear a satisfying click.

It doesn’t have a true EQ. Just Apples “adaptive EQ” when disabling both ANC and transparency mode. It adjusts the low- and mid-range frequencies to keep the audio quality consistent.

They can only be turned off in the case.

Hey, appreciate your helpful vids, they were crucial in setting up/getting started with my Beats Fit Pro as well as the Jabra Elite 7 Active. I had a crucial question I was hoping you can help: I purchased both on sale to see which would fit me best as they’re very comparable (although different in key ways) Beats@$150 and Jabras @ $100 and I have an Apple phone and use Amazon Fire, also an Android phone I’m just getting used too… which do you think is better all around? I know it’s a bit subjective with what you do with them, but I have to decide today and I’ve had good expierence with both…. What would you recommend? The ANC and sound quality as well as the iPhone integration are nice w the Beats however w Jabra I’ve found multi pairing awesome as I’m streaming a lot, and super comfortable but occasionally can get a little buggy but nothing to cry home about… anyways I’d really appreciate your input as I think these are the two common neck/neck competitors in this active space right now. Thanks, look forward to hearing from you before I have to send one back today appreciate the vids and overall help.

Oh, I love the beats earbuds. They are my favorite Apple earbud behind the AirPods Pro two. But as you said, and one of the main reasons, why I love Jabra. They are pretty good, Well rounded earbuds. They may not have one thing that they’re great dad. But they’re pretty good at almost everything. So for that, I would recommend them.

I’m on an i phone and I see there’s a bunch of things you can set it too in the settings: read incoming messages etc… and the beats are a bit limited with the button options, again, something the Jabras are nice with… and the multipoint is really helpful, I had it wrong and have to get one back tomorrow and thanks to you I may have decided. They’re definitely very one of the closest pairs to decide over. Thanks a bunch man, love the video, great editing, and forsure helpful in this growing space… take care and look forward to seeing more content 🙏👍

Bought a pair yesterday, opened the case, light indicator doesn’t turn on nor does it pair, fresh pair don’t know if it’s faulty, put it on charge overnight and still won’t connect or turn on? Take to the Apple Store for diagnosis or back to store?

hey @Wilson Learns Tech what ear tips do you recommend for the beats. I don't know I tried medium and large but when I go to iPhone settings to play with ear fit you know. it says the right ear needs a better seal all the time. left I use large tip and it's working fine so I don't know if that will be bad news for noise cancel but idk might return them :(

While the system might be able to help you find a perfect seal. Do you notice any major difference between regular transparency and active noise canceling? There are some ear tips companies where you can buy and potentially replace it. But I wouldn’t spend money if it isn’t an actual problem for you. Just because the sensor says the right side may not have a perfect seal, you might not even notice it. If you do we can figure it out

Hi, great video! I know if you enable volume controls for the earbuds you loose Siri and ANC/Transparency controls. But, I was wondering if you can for example enable ANC/Transparency controls for the left earbud and Siri for the right one? Thanks!

@@wlsntech que amable eres al responder. Pues fíjate que he hecho todo... Desinstalé e instalé la app y los audífonos los he puchado como mil veces y simplemente no se conecta. La caja no la detecta la app. Los auriculares al Bluetooth sí, una vez los saco de la caja ya se conectan. Lo malo es que pues, no los puedo configurar para usarlos al 100 desde la app 😑

Have you tried connecting it to someone else’s phone or another earbud to you phone to see where the misconnection is? Do you have an android? If so, have you downloaded the app?
