What is the overlap between passes? I have guns from 30 years ago, Binks, Devilbiss, Sharps and Accu-spray HVLP and they all worked at 50% overlap. I like to move fast and wet coats.

Are the op and hvlp the same? Can I use op needle, cap and tip on hvlp and turn it into a op gun ?

No, they are different. You can swap between OP only and HVLP only.

However it seems that the cap is the only thing different. Can you clear that for me please?
