Hello, thanks for the videos, help a lot, it would be also great to have videos related to the CLI in the Access Points. For example, topics related to issues for: 1- SONOS Speakers not connecting 2- How to get access to the CLI 3- Issues with password and username 4- Heartbeat Loss in the APs 5- Phone Issues not connecting to the SSID 6- Chromebooks and other troubleshooting. The reason to ask this is that I receive this kind of case or tickets and sometimes a video would be great to understand better how to help clients from all over the world, specially in the use of the CLI.

Reset the device having moved into a home with it already set up, however the access point is not broadcasting an SSID, and no 2 or 5g led's lit on the front. Setup was complete without any issues. Any ideas?

It was already mounted to the ceiling of my home. And once reset and I can log into Unleashed, simply reset SSID/PWD to what I have now? Thanks for any info!

Hey, I am looking to install Ruckuss Unleashed WIFI Mesh for a warehouse with around 10,000SQ Mts. 90Mts length and 108Mts breadth. can I go with this Wireless AP. Reason is we cannot pull ethernet cables, power plugs are available across warehouse. so we need pure wifi Mesh whre one AP connects to other over wifi and broadcast SSID. so kindly suggest which model suits this environment.

Can I use the APs as wifi extenders if I already have a wifi router?

No, they won't work as extenders with a different vendor. You'd be better off configuring your APs in a mesh and utilizing them as your wifi network. You'll see much better performance over a single WiFi router.

Sadly, the only way to recover your password is to reset your AP and reconfigure it. Use the same WLAN name and passphrase so all of your clients will automatically re-connect. Normally, that's the MAC address of the AP, which is labeled on the bottom of the device. All lower case, no periods or dashes. Although, I'd recommend you reset it again. Hold the button for 12-14 seconds.

@@RUCKUSEducation and what if resetting it, again, multiple times, with multiple power cycles doesn't work? It's still asking for a password, its clearly defaulted as i can login via the ip/browser, and the mac address isn't working for the password. This is on a T310

Hi Matt - I was able to set up my primary AP, but I'm not sure how to connect to my second AP for downstairs. It's all plugged into the switch. Am I missing something to make the 2nd one work?

I can't connect to the "configure.me" wifi. It keeps showing " couldn't get IP address"

By default the RUCKUS APs have an IP of 192.168.0.1. In your case if you were to manually configure the address on the adapter/device you are using to connect to the configure.me network (to say 192.168.0.2 for example) it should be able to connect. Further issues should be addressed by contacting support.
