Im having trouble with keeping the yarn in the gun. It keeps slipping out any way u can show how to have a good feeding system so it dont come out

I bought the same tufting gun through a different site, the motor turns on when I pull the trigger, but the rotors don’t move at all. It’ll go through one cycle randomly, is it a defective gun or is there a way to fix this?

Check the guide rods. They may need adjustment.
