Hi my printer is a Tr 7620 and it's not showing on the list, when I manually put the number it says not a correct model

Hi! To avoid seeing that error message, we recommend making sure that you're using genuine Canon ink cartridges and that you've removed all the strips of protective tape from the cartridge prior to installation. Once the printer can start making use of the ink cartridge, it should allow you to proceed to the Wi-Fi connection process. Hope this helps!

If you're referring to the ij.start.canon web address, we tried it and it came up as the first result, though you should be able to enter it directly into your browser's address bar as a valid web address. Our world headquarters are in Tokyo, so it's possible the site might come up in Japanese. If you prefer English or another language, just click the dropdown menu at the upper right and you can select it from the list. Hope this helps!

It's a piece of poo! Mine is set up with an ethernet cable. That's not the problem. The problem is that it won't print all of the items on a page when printing in grayscale. Plus, the colors are way off as well. SO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH JUST TO PRINT A DOCUMENT! GOOD GRIEF!
