I cycle regularly there from Saltaire then up over the top to Malham. It's a lovely place but never heard it called vibrant in my life! Good for a sunny afternoon so popular with hikers but l wouldn't want to live there, too small.

I lived here for 1 year. I met Alan Bennett in the town. Very friendly folk but quite boring . Once you've been once you wouldn't want to return. The trainstation is stunning.

Clapham is beautiful! I used to get hot Bacon, Brie and Cranberry Panini’s from the village shop but don’t think they sell them anymore. Was gutted when we stopped by recently to pick one up but the heron in the river made the trip worthwhile anyway 😁
