ABOUT SETTLEMENT SURVIVAL
In this ‘Banished’ inspired city-builder, lead a group of survivors in their search for a new home. Manipulate the landscape, manage limited supplies, plant crops, hunt wildlife, gather resources, and develop trade routes to build a bustling and unique town.
ABOUT FACTIONS & TRADE
We have added 5 new Factions
4 of which are from unique cultural regions. And these Factions can provide you with up to 25 new buildings, 4 new crops and 17 new recipes as your reputation level increases gradually after completing events and trading with them. As for the 5th one, he is the merchant who take advantage of the fruits of your hard labor in the previous version.
In addition, the new Trade Mechanism and Wonder Buildings are highly related to these Factions and will be introduced in detail in the following sections. Read more: store.steampow...

My new save for the update is amazing... My first animal cub was an Idle chicken, which I've never had before! I was able to start trading tears right away. Now I'm building a huge tear processing town, and it's unlike any other save I've played. Thanks for posting, you're the only person I've been able to watch play this game, as your level of OCD seems to match my own.

Thanks Zelphia! Trading It's nice I think--the only thing about it is I wonder how easily we'll be able to trade away the piles of stuff that clog the warehouses end game? Still I like it.

Antonio is the merchant ship that sails by. Build a dock and the ship will stop and you can buy or barter with him.

How do you earn proficiency in a tech field?

Each person you have employed earns town proficiency based on the job they hold. If you look under help > professions I think it tells you which job contributes to which proficiency.
