That's great to see, I have studied spatial design and learned that there is a big problems with generic cities popping up everywhere, it would be sad to see Rwanda developing to look like all other cities. We want to see the culture

True, as much as we want to develop, the culture flavor must be seen/felt in all our aspects. Hospitality and tourism in years ahead will produce revenues at a greater extent largely in countries who will have learned to preserve their cultural heritage even in the architectural point of you!
