One guilt free snack I do is rice cakes with chunky salsa on top. Kinda like a cheat pizza. Get the really hot salsa. Thick so it doesn't make the rice cake soggy fast.

Ahh Haha my favorite "episodes" are with you in the kitchen! I think even if you asked merlin and bandit to cook it would somehow be less chaotic than john and Aaron but just as Cute!!! 4:30 It could be worse, you could _need_ to make dietary changes to, say, _keep from dying._ I've had to go to a weird semi-vegan diet after my heart attack in May. I eat chicken brest and fish still [gotta get those Omega-3 fatty acids to get my HDL up!], but don't eat any other kinds of meat [due to cholesterol] or any animal products [again, cholesterol]. I can't risk covering over my 4 stents with plaques! But, getting my weight down … another requirement post-STEMi … isn't a sprint. It isn't even a marathon. It's more of a lifestyle-change and wait for my new equilibrium to be reached. Sometimes-food. Sugary treats need to be a Sometimes-Food.
