Settling with Power Practice

Doing a bit of practice recovering from settling with power in the MD500. This one we got into it really well and the nose dropped quite a bit involuntarily before the recovery was made.

vuichard method , nice, how much altitude do u typically loose in the MD? I fly the 22 loose about 50-75 feet depending .
