Depends on your stay period. If it is 6 months to 12 months, then yes. Or alternatively, ship your extra luggage through DHL and carry only the essential ones with you.

I have a question, Our visa now has a NO FURTHER STAY which means no way to apply student visa like you mention but can only study for 3mons. If so, can we still work while studying for 3mons? Other question :) sorry, Can we still search for a employer to help as give a working visa to switch even we are under NO FUTHER STAY condition? Just have a strong profile to convince the authorities that it is just for your visit. However, this does not mean that you cannot apply for it again. Simply exit to nearby countries, stay there for a week and apply for yet another visitor visa.

you need to provide strong evidence that you will return back to your home country after your stay when applying. If they are convinced they won't give you a no further stay. if not they will either reject your application or give you a no further stay clause.

No please. You can't work with a visitors visa it's against the law.

You can search for the job on visitor visa but then once you have gotten the job, change it to work visa. Your employer will file it for you.
