I would say that it is better to have any document you think may come in handy even if it is not required eventually. You do not submit any documents during EOI, but you may need it to apply for the PR visa.

Maybe you should also warn your viewers that there is a severe housing shortage in Australia too. Over 100,000 homeless Australians (10,000 children) and great competition for rentals as they are in very short supply, with rents rising fast. Worst cities affected are Melbourne, Sidney, Brisbane. (Eastern states). Darwin needs Nurses (Northern Territory), but housing is tight there also. Building trades are in need of qualified individuals in all states too. Migration is a Commonwealth responsibility so the Federal Government sets the rules although the states have input in which skilled areas they need most.

The thing here is individual states are communicating additional requirements to what national government is saying. The 482 visa is not age restricted. That might be the most suitable visa option. However, it's a temporary visa. It may be worth checking with a migration agent what other options may be suitable for permanent residency.

Check out the skilled occupation list and check with the Assessing Authority in charge of social work as an occupation.
