Hi, You can do port forwarding in Router/Firewall. As well you activate UCMRC PLAN on your UCM by just adding it on gdms.cloud portal.

In Grandstream ucm? It depends on the service provider, different service providers have different pattern. So the service provider will provide the details accordingly and we will set it.

Hi, If you have configured email in ucm than you can recover password by forget password option. But if you haven't configured, then no chance to recover password and need to hard reset the ucm.

Do you know how well this would work with Spectrum Voice? We have the Spectrum Voice modem with 6 POTS lines on it tied an old Panasonic KSU. I'd like to try connecting the sprectrum lines to a Grandstream IP PBX UCM6208 FXO inputs.

Hi, Create Analog Line in UCM under Extension/Trunks>> Analog Trunk>> Add Select the Port, give a Name Set Caller ID : Auto Detect And SAVE. Create Inbound Route : Set destination to Extension or desired option Create Outbound Route : Set Pattern = X. Set Privilege : Internal Select the Trunk : as Analog Trunk

@@Voipknowledge ok i have UCM6302A and four post GRP2602P after configuring the settings especially the analog trunks my system doesn't work very well because the incoming calls numbers do not appear on the phone screen .and phone screen show just four ziros when incoming calls

Hi, Have you checked analog lines directly on an analog phone, whether you are getting CLI. As well you can try caller id scheme as Auto detect in ucm under analog trunk.

Yes they are supported. But as per my experience i worked on 7821, 7841, 3905, 8821 and 8845, they are working fine.
