Setup Laravel On Windows with XAMPP

Totally wrong process, not using Apache server of XAMPP on port 80 and created its own setup with a parallel PHP server.

May be others application using port 80. Identifie the application and remove it.

Please take down your bogus tutorial. You are doing this in a WRONG WAY!!! What you did not understand was XAMPP has already started Apache on port 80 and your bogus guide video created another server on port 8000 making no use of the already open Apache server. Do not create tutorials just for the sake of earning money!!!
