You can download a PDF user guide from HP website. That's quite common for companies not to ship a full user guide anymore but usually just a quick start guide.

Thank YOU ! Installing the print cartridges had me stumped. I tried for about a half hour. Thought I had it but then that little grinding clacks noise happened and I said “hmm” “that doesn’t sound right”. Had to go find YOU and I Am so glad I did. The tip about pulling out the paper catch tray WORKED ! AND pushing in a tiny bit aggressively on the cartridge so that it clicks and catches ,, Well I am just glad I Found You. To connect this printer to a different router, press the wireless button for 3 seconds until it starts flashing, then press the wps button on the new router for 3-5 seconds and it should work. I had trouble with that at first.

So you have to do all of the things you did with your computer to be able to print with your phone? Correct? I have had a 3722 for over a year and cannot make it print consistently, but I did not do all that with computer I tried to do it with my phone but could not.

Craig Brabant I no longer have this printer, but yes you need to follow the procedure to get everything connected and while I had this printer it worked splendidly.

Hello, i just have a few questions. I have an officejet 4650 printer in which works great, i turn it on and i don’t have to be putting the wifi, photos quality are great everything is good BUT. The ink smears, just the black ink and I’m planing on buying another printer and return this one, my question is...... How’s the quality in printing of this printer? When it prints, is it loud? Does the color and black ink smears? Is it easy to connect to wifi? Do i have to connect it every time i turn it on? In how many “minutes” does it print a paper full of words (like totally full)? Can this printer print double side? - i will be really grateful if you respond to this questions, I’m desperate to buy a printer. Thank you

The print dialog box lets you adjust the print quality to either Draft, Normal or Best. Try changing the quality setting to Draft or Normal.

@@michaelerbreviews Thank you for your help, but I can't find a "print dialog box" on the "HP Smart App." What you suggested...changing the quality setting to a "draft mode" is what I've been trying to do for awhile now, but this HP Deskjet 3752 all in one printer continues to give me no option to do this. It's driving me crazy, to the point now where I have resigned myself to just being cursed with overly expensive ink, (due to the fast rate of use), because this particular printer seems to have no option to mitigate it, as other printers often do. But yes, indeed, thanks for trying to help.

@@mrrecluse7002 the option to change Print Quality also exists in the Hp Smart app. Once you select your document and then touch the printer name and swipe up you will see printer options appear and that is where print quality can be selected.

You wrote "also exists." I don't see another approach, other than the smart app, so I don't know what else could be missing. When I just look at the printer itself, I can't find the option. HO cost cutting at its best. On the other hand, the CD is not really relevant, it’s a wireless printer so the cable is not really important unless you choose to use the printer that way and instructions can be found online. I’m not trying to justify the omission, I’m just saying that it is not critical to the operation of the printer. I do not recommend this printer.

@@michaelerbreviews Well, if you have no internet/wifi and just need to get the cheapest printer Walmart has on the shelf to plug into your PC so you can print a document you've written and need signed, the lack of a CD and cable are both pretty big deals. Until now I've never bought a printer that didn't come with everything needed to meet such a scenario, even the little $35 cheap as hell jobs I've usually gotten when in need, so it never occurred to me to hunt through the small print on the box to see that either might not be included. I pulled the cord off the other printer that I can't seem to find ink for at this damned store for the last month, and I have internet obviously, so I went to the HP web site and still could not get it to print without returning errors. It's a $60 piece of trash.

This is my 2nd review. After several failed attempts to setup this printer I called HP support. They will initally ask a bunch of questions about the printer like the serial number and model number. I'd previously gotten an information sheet from the printer by pressing the power button and X button for 3 seconds and releasing. The printer will then print sheet with such information. This also resets the printer for a fresh setup. So the first tech tried for 1 hour by phone when he took control of my laptop with my permission and could not set me up neither by wireless or USB connection. He couldn't get it to print. I only have hot spot with my LG Stylist 4 phone and it wouldn't connect to my phone or laptop. I was given a case# and was told to call the next day. The second tech was able to set me up in 30 minutes by USB cable only to my laptop. I had a cable from an old HP printer. This printer did not come with a USB cable. I didn't mind, just wanted to print. This printer might work wirelessly on a home WiFi but not on my phones mobile hotspot which was disappointing. So don't tear your hair out. Call HP support.

I've been using a Canon Pixma G7020 and G4210 previously. Love them. HP has not been satisfactory to me for many reasons, not the least of which is prohibitively expensive ink.

Ms Dee I don’t know whether Hewlett Packard has updated this machine since my review of a couple years ago. But if there is a USB port on the back of the machine I can only assume that it still supports direct connection to the computer. It would not surprise me in the least if Hewlett Packard no longer ships a USB cable with the printer, probably because most people use the printer wirelessly. Not shipping a cable would save them money thus more profit.

This is the worst product HP has made. You can literally be sitting next to the damn printer with your wifi good to go and the printer will not connect to either phone or laptop. You have to turn it off (printer) and on several times for it to finally work. If you try calling HP good luck they will have you on the phone for at least a good hour. I subscribe to the ink service and they dropped the ball because my printer was signalling that I still had ink but in fact there was none. If you run out of say black ink take out that cartridge and leave the colored ink and the printer will still work. That is the only think wrong that this person stated.

HP Deskjet 3752 the biggest piece of crap ever do not buy it if you have go return it me and my brother each bought one in 2022 we attempted to use them wirelessly for about 6 months that feature became riddled with problems I could barely ever get it to print then I went hardwired for a while that worked for around 3 months now the only way I can get it to print is by sending the document to the queue with the printer off and then turning the printer on as soon as it's done printing I have to turn it back off or it will not print the next time both me and my brother have the same exact problem with the printer over around the same time Within 30 days of each other OVERALL A TRULY AWFUL PRODUCT
