I changed Wifif providers, and now my printer keeps showing offline in the app and the wifi button is blinking. I can't find any setting where I can make sure it is connected to the correct network. Is there a way to fix this? I can't seem to find any info 😭

I recommend doing a factory reset on the printer and then setting it up again on your new wifi network.

@@Reviewlamp thanks! i got it to work eventually, unplugged the ethernet just in case, and it finally showed up when i clicked add printer. i hope they will make these less painful to set up in the future. 😩

I would recommend setting it up using your phone first then trying to set it up on your Mac. That ensures that the printer is already connected to your network before the Mac setup. Yes. It will scan photos without harming them. But I always recommend using flatbed scanner instead

Use the HP Smart app on your phone to reset the printer to factory settings. Then use the app again to set the printer up again. This should solve the issue
