In today's video, I'll be unboxing and setting up the HP Deskjet 3755 all-in-one printer. I will be setting up the Deskjet 3700 series on a Windows Computer, a Mac and an iPhone. I'll be setting this printer up wirelessly and connecting it to my home WiFi network. I'll also show you how to install cartridges and insert paper into the paper tray on the DeskJet 3755

I changed Wifif providers, and now my printer keeps showing offline in the app and the wifi button is blinking. I can't find any setting where I can make sure it is connected to the correct network. Is there a way to fix this? I can't seem to find any info 😭

I recommend doing a factory reset on the printer and then setting it up again on your new wifi network.

Use the HP Smart app on your phone to reset the printer to factory settings. Then use the app again to set the printer up again. This should solve the issue

I would recommend setting it up using your phone first then trying to set it up on your Mac. That ensures that the printer is already connected to your network before the Mac setup.
