Be aware that for the Compilot II signal (music, phone call, etc.) to reach your hearing aids, the black rubberized necklace must be worn around your neck as it is actually the aerial that transmits the electrical signal from your phone to the aids.

This is only compatible with phonak hearing aids. Signia has it's own streaming module.

why not having the hearing aids directly connect to the phone with out compilot. the technology ishere

BT technology doesn't fit in some hearing aids, specifically CROS type.
