Setup Unity for VR Support in 2023

From the change logs for XR interactive toolkit 2.4.0 (for those as confused as I was): Renamed Starter Assets sample prefabs: Renamed Complete XR Origin Set Up prefab to XR Interaction Setup. Renamed XR Origin prefab to XR Origin (XR Rig). Renamed Complete Teleport Area Set Up prefab to Teleportation Environment.

That's the best walk-through for the Mac users. You should tag or rename the video so the KZbin algorithm finds it easier.

5:27 You can find the same settings under Project Settings > OpenXR > Interaction Profiles on Mac.

i appreciate the tutorial, but is there really no api that simply lets me get the local position+rotation of controllers and headsets? id rather code everything myself. I looked on the unity api website but i couldnt find any "getinputposition" api which blows

For those facing the same issue, make sure you have the android module installed & also switch to android platform in build settings.
