Sales isnt that impressive actually ... but after the deduction of the cost of raw ingredients, equipment maintenance, staff salary, bills, how much is his cut from one branch? That is if that branch isnt his own. And i like his "defense" strategy. His business is still relatively young and you dont want to score goals too early.

Just take 1/3 of the $200k Since food businesses usually charge 3x the amount of ingredient cost. 1/3 for staff 1/3 for ingredient cost 1/3 for owner. So ~$70k/month x how many restaurants he has. That's waaaay more than most high level professional jobs in a month.

Dude Trust Me judging from your 23 bowls an hour, considering a house that can accommodate 60 customers Max at the same time if the ramen house had 15 tables, plus the average eating time of each customer, i still think it's not that impressive. Let's go more micro here. If we reduce the accommodation to maximum of 20 chairs of five tables, that's still only a little bit more than a bowl an hour from each chair in a 24 hour average. His branches are located in busy streets in busy cities, so customers should be done eating at around 15-20 minutes because it's still ramen, and it's fastfood. So with that, it's really hard to say that his sales are impressive. Addin to that is Seugri himself, a walking advertisement with his name as he franchise. So why are his sales still like... You know.. average. When it comes to profits.. how much is he making really if you deduct the rental cost, utility bills(gas, water, electricity, whatnot), ingredients and disposable utensils, staff salary, advertisements, and other maintenance if the branch was his own? And how much of the profit will he get from other franchisees based on his shares? With that, I can also say that the profits are not that great.. good enough but not that great. But hey, although I'm not that impressed, the sales are good enough for a relatively a very young business. It will survive, unlike the failed businesses of other celebrities. He has many branches too so I think he's making good money. Just like what seungri said, they shouldn't score any goals but focus on defending. I like that. He still should still be building the foundation of his business at this point and not be ambitious enough to shoot for goals. And that is what he's doing. I just hope he's patient enough.
