Seungmin is super cute and sweat. For years the members always ask why he often suddenly came to their room and just stared at them. He recently said that when he felt sad or needed motivation, he needed to see the members’s faces to lift up his mood 🥺 And he even practices so hard in singing so he can become a “pillar” of skz that Bang Chan can rely on because he worries BC has been working too much. He hopes BC can count on him more and share the responsibility to him 😭 soooo sweat!!

Seungmin's love language is letting them hang on his shoulder (Hyunjin), hug him (Felix, Chan), not punching them when they ask for kisses or treat him like a puppy (Changbin, HAN), bothering them (I.N.), and letting them be the tsundere (Lee Know). He doesn't initiate affection often (except with Changbin) but lets others show it.

Ah yes seungmin is the y/n of stray kids, sometimes the y/n of kpop. HE JUST HAS PPL FLOCKING TO HIM AND TRYING TO GIVE HIM AFFECTION (SO MANY KABEDONS) AND ALL HE'S DOING IS JUST BREATHING but yea even the most recent maniac MV behind Chan was manhandling him so much and he got so many butt smacks from the ofhers Chan used to be my ult bias for like 4yrs and seungmin a consistent bias wrecker but literally last month...seungmin bias wrecked me so hard he became my bias. because seungmin has such a maturity about him it's really easy to forget that he is very much one of the maknaes, and the other members seem very keen on also not letting him forget that he is the second youngest in the group. chan especially very much treats him like the little brother who is enough years younger that you find everything they do adorable and precious, like the urge chan has to just cuddle or bother seungmin at every possible moment is such an older brother thing to do. i think that's partly what creates the tsundere side of seungmin, just being the younger brother who just has to accept that his older brothers think he's the cutest thing in the world despite wanting to be treated like a big kid lol. but honestly, just as often as he comes across as super mature he also makes it very obvious that he is in fact one of the youngest in the group, idk idk, to sum up, i can't fault any of them for wanting to be all up in his face at all times, he's just gonna have to live with it, and as a true tsundere, he definitely is more okay with it than he wants to let on lol.

You've obviously thought about this a lot, but you've missed a few really important facts. They're Korean, so western values and thinking don't apply. BangChan thinks they're all cute and adorable, because they are. Age of majority is 20 and there's really no teenager stage, you're a child or an adult no real transition period. So Seungmin was actually a child in a lot of the clips. Seungmin is precisely 1 week younger than Felix and 8 days younger than Han. So he isn't very much one of the maknaes. Seungmin and I.N were the only ones still in school when they debuted, so they really were the children in the group. (Changbin graduated just before debut, same for Hyunjin, Han left school in Malaysia when he returned to Korea and never went to a Korean school, Felix left school in Australia before he moved to Korea.) And most importantly, BangChan raised him, and the other members, so regardless of the age gap they're his kids and he'll do anything to make sure they're happy. Including giving the serious little puppy the carefree, cuddle filled, childhood he didn't really have. The members know how hard Seungmin works and how much he pushes himself (do you know he was and probably still is completing his college education on top of being an Idol?) and that he won't ask for help or even admit he's struggling. So they help the only way they can, by loving him in ridiculous and often bothersome ways 🤗❤️ Could you be stressed with BangChan trying to eat your head, or Changbin lying on you because he can just hug like a sane person?

That entire 6:08-7:10 sequence is THE iconic "mad Seungmin" clip; the full video more clearly shows that he really, truly was p1ssed, just absolutely done with their BS. It lasted for a while -- and they all were really uneasy and trying to pacify and reintegrate him because he turned into a little fashion-model-walking stormcloud. He has the quickest temper in the group, so we know what he looks like mad. But this is the one that gets added to the "Seungmin looks hot when he's mad" lists -- and STAY didn't make up that statement. That's literally how Changbin described him: "Seungmin is sexy when he's angry." What's funny about Seungmin being prey is that it's only his part-time gig. The other half of his time is spent being the predator. We appreciate a well-balanced man.

stray kids' lack of toxic masculinity and their open mindedness in general has always stuck out to me, that's actually what made me check them out in the first place back in 2018 when i heard they were walking around at NYC pride. then i heard the lyrics to district 9 where they talk about how being different isn't wrong, and that their goal is to create a space where everyone can be themselves without prejudice. they've kept that message from debut until now, and it's one of the main reasons i adore them so much. they just make me feel so safe :')

About the tsundere thing, our puppy's dynamics with get really super duper tsundere with the older members (Chan/Lee Know/Changbin). Also, I think you have mentioned in a reaction somewhere that you're quite interested in Lee Know but you can't seem to figure him out until now. Spoiler alert... ...he's an even BIGGER tsundere than Seungmin! And his whole dynamic with Seungmin is just 1000% tsundere vs tsundere tension idk how else to describe it. You have to look really, really close to find the "dere (sweet)" moments and I have come across lot of fans genuinely thinking they hate each other's guts for real. I.N has confirmed it's just their weird love language to each other.

Koreans in general are so close with their friends. girls too. they don't afraid of doing this with their friends and they feel comfortable. also they've been together since they were kids so they're like a family at this point. the fact that they live together is also helps. aside from all this Korea is super homophobic like if some of the idols come out their career will end immediately. also a fact: we've seen idols that were this close with their group members and they still said some homophobic words. some of them don't even consider the possibility of someone being gay that they're so close with each other bc they think everyone is straight like if you know what i mean

SKZ are the tactile, secure, open, loving men they are because that's what BangChan taught them to be (credit to his parents). And they're showing the world what men can be without societal constraints and totally unnatural gender roles. Millions of Stays all over the world are teaching the same thing to the children in their lives, and those children will grow up and do the same. Considering how many people SKZ have reached, not just with their music, in just 5 years, I honestly think that give them another 10 and they will change the world.

Only 3 years so (and hopefully no lawsuits) until they're able to make the decision if they want to go on with Company shennanigans or pull a 2nd GOT7 stay as a group (with the name) or tryin' (to) make it on "their own." Patience is key. I think A LOT of people hold SKZ to the degree that they could easily make it out of JYP (&Kpop) laws and rules but "Do they want to ?" (I mean 8/10 the answer is yes anyway) and maybe (in the future) make their own compan/ies (not sure if this is necessary so bc to be frankly so many Companies we love to drag were made from former Idols so that isn't necessarily a promise either)
