He's been showing some intrinsic recipes on his channel that no other chefs or non Marathi people have shown or bothered to respect the state they are living and earning in. All TV personalities too just blatantly say "Kai Maharashtra" as fun & mocking way. You are half marathi and half panjabi, I think your upbringing is mostly in Maharashtra, the way you pronounce 'Poli' or Bhaji..just wonderful !! also I made kanda bhajji, Paneer, Tikki Chole by your recipe, my father in law like Kanda bhajji a lot....he praised after like 9 years, I don't expect anyone to validate my cooking skills but it felt nice..!! also like the shots of your hands, the way you kneed the dough, the way you roll the chapati/paratha...so aesthetically shoot, Lots of blessing and love from Madhura !!
