Just a small useful comment on buying legal firms (I'm a lawyer). Current USA ethical rules do not allow non-lawyers to have an ownership interest in legal firms, or you'd absolutely be seeing a ton of exactly what you described!

The agency referal part is spot on! Even Videodeck (the agency I run) paid over 7k in the last couple of months in referral fees and we're a relatively new agency. I wish there was a tool like Partnerstack but for agencies.

What would be the harm in using tactics others have used? Example Start show off by telling your loyal fans to “SMASH the like button and SUBSCRIBE”. Document grow of you channel. Mention your metrics every week. Tell audience to subscribe at least once in middle of show and again at the end!

Sam, re: 299 applicants that you don’t use… have the one you hire find job postings for related jobs and reach out to their hiring managers saying you have qualified candidates ready to go and will only charge a small fee if one is placed (as opposed to the normal 20% a recruiter takes).
