Wow, just WOW 🤩 I ended up with a story that made me realise that my mum, despite being cold and distant, actually really loved me. Such a powerful exercise. Thank you so much Lynda for sharing this video. I expected writing a nice little story but found a wonderful gem instead 🙏🙏💜💜💜💜
