@25:00 when you're calculating the 3 coherent sources in the DAW the formula says SPL but the numbers you use are -6, -12 and -13. What exactly do those numbers represent? RMS?

Yes, just sort of using that as a generic steady state / RMS level of a track. Obviously in real life sounds are rarely so constant but, you get the idea!
