Hearing it for the first time was like, oh wait! Jeff got heavily inspired by Oblivion movie soundtrack, M83 - Oblivion (feat Susanne Sundfør) and theme soundtrack "I'm Sending You Away", same main melody. Not to mention that he remixed one of the songs with Susanne Sundfør also years ago. Also at the same time the songs vocal melody reminds of some Illenium song, just can't remember now which one. Real banger, sounded amazing at Red Rocks! can not wait for whole new Album.

I feel ya. Life can be so full of bullshit at times, believing it will get better or that you'll eventually find peace can seem impossible. I know the random words from some internet dude don't hold a ton of weight, but I mean this with all sincerity, your not alone and it will get better. It isn't always so shitty even though it feels like it more often than not. I've lost far too many to cancer. Cancer can get fucked ten ways from Sunday as far as I'm concerned. So I really mean this, I'm sorry your going through it. Music has always been my saving grace and outlet and I knew exactly what you meant in your comment. It's like the old fable, two wolves live within you and are constantly fighting. Which ever one you feed more will win. Feed the one with love, light, hope, laughter and it'll kick the ass of the darker one. Feed the darker and it can get hard to even find strength to go through a day.
