Seven Spires is the only symphonic metal band I listen. I had been a huge fan of this genre in the past, but after a while most of the bands started to play the same. Till the moment a few years ago when I found Seven Spires and now I can't wait for any new stuff from them. Adrienne is awesome! Unfortunately, Grammy is not for the good bands and artists with the vision and passion :(

After almost 10 years getting to know the band personally, hanging out with them, going to every local show I could to watch them perform (every small stage, bar, and even some big stages), and being a fan through thick and thin, I am proud to have watched this group grow over the years and put out amazing music and hone their craft. I look forward to the new album Spires and have been honored to have known you all for this long and call you friends! Keep up the great work!

God-tier once again. Seven Spires are unstoppable. Never in my 20+ years of actively enjoying music have I looked forward to new music as I have with this band. I remember listening to the first 90 seconds of Gods of Debauchery and immediately ordering the entire backlog. I'm more hyped for A Fortress Called Home than I am for Nightwish's new album this year, because Spires are legitimately that fucking good. What a time to be alive. Edit: Nightwish's single was released and it slaps. BUT SPIRES SLAP HARDER. ROLL ON JUNE. UGH!

Too bad that Nightwish won’t tour for a while. Seven Spires should absolutely open for them on their American tour.

I started listening to Seven Spires bc Adrienne sang at a Sonic Symphony and blew me away. I am not exaggerating to say they are currently my fave band and may well be my all-time fave when I am on my death bed. I have never heard anything like them. So many component parts exist in so many other bands I've loved for years, but their specific approach blows me away every time. Absolutely obsessed.

Growled almost all the way through, and yet so much emotion, and not just anger, but sadness. A longing. And the way the vocals and instruments blend so well. Truly miraculous work Seven Spires. This album is going to be amazing.

Spires has ascended. This is the most personal intimate feeling I have ever had from a song and band in general. I started listening to the band back in 2019 and have followed the story of Solveig since and I feel as though I have grown with the character and the band. I have only ever gotten this emotional with previous spires songs, but this is beyond that, because it is those stories and more. This isn't just a song or an album, it is a story for humanity. This is already album of the year for me, but will probably be album of my whole life (until the next spires release). I am in awe.

...Everything I hoped for and more...musically, lyrically, and beyond. This is other-level stuff right here. Anyone who is human should feel something from this song. There is so much emotion begin put forth by the band...emotion that prompts my own emotions to bleed from body and soul. If you have a pulse this masterpiece should take you places...places of sadness, despair, longing, and hope. So beautiful.

This song should be subtitled 'A Vampire's Lament', what a FANTASTIC video for such a brutally heartfelt and honest song. I REALLY wish they would have ditched the growly vocals for a 'cleaner' vocal delivery, her voice is just FAR too gorgeous to be buried beneath the gravely growls. The video is so well produced and shot. Her performance is very impressive, she definitely knows exactly where the camera is, and what she needs to do in each 'scene' to deliver the overall narrative and drive the emotion home. The costuming and makeup effects are appropriate for the backstory and the song itself is trademark SevenSpires perfection!
@s-boy46136 ай бұрын
While i am not opposed to a more Black/Death metal vibe from Spires (Architect of Creation is probably my favorite song by them ngl), i do agree that with an emotional rollercoaster of a song like this, a cleaner vocal style would have worked out. I think that the instrumentation of this song however, is so beyond perfect i can’t even critique the choice of vocal delivery too much. Still SUCH a good song

How I missed this band, I have no clue. They're basically local to me. Saw them with Eluveitie and Omnium Gatherum and they killed it. Adrienne's voice was killer, clean to growls and back again. Because there was a family matter, Crigel had to go back to Europe. Adrienne stepped in on a few songs and nailed it. Jukka did a killer job as well filling in on a couple of songs.
