Thanks for the tips man! I had to give a best man speech at my brother's wedding a couple weeks ago, followed your format, and absolutely killed it. Had people thanking me all night afterwards

Great step by step guide, the only part I still find a bit confusing is the advice part, but I am doing my speech a week today, I hope it goes down well. I might miss out the advice bit.

There are several components to making a great speech including making it humorous not boring and not too short One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Talking Template Bundle (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the best info that I've heard of. look at this amazing site.

Thanks for the video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Chiveard Unique Speech Framework (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great exclusive guide for learning how to give an outstanding wedding speech minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend Sam at last got astronomical success with it.

In addition to what's said on the video at the end, I have a couple of tips regarding how to avoid losing your place, and make the flow more natural: (1) Divide the speech into different sections, each one on an individual A5 card, one sentence per line (2) increase the font size and make bold the key word of each sentence (this will help trigger your memory). Finally, if you nervous, just remember that when you say your first punchline the audience is bound to laugh and your nerves will fade away!
