Hey Josh, I think you speak really well, but I am a little disappointed with the video promise where it suggest "New" way to build an agency is via niching down in 2024 even though this concept has been going around in the past few years.. I mean you could literally watch this in 2017 and nothing would have changed. Hope you don't mind my constructive input

I appreciate that feedback! While I agree I’ve been taking about “niche” for many years I tried to emphasize that just being a “niche agency” in today’s market is not enough. There are MANY agencies in just about every niche now. To stand out in todays market you must: 1. Develop a proprietary mechanism that solves the surface level marketing challenges most marketing agencies don’t. 2. Go deeper than just driving rankings / leads. In today’s market you have to become a growth partner and look at the full customer journey to drive leads that convert into sales, help convert one time customers into repeat buyers and track / prove tangible ROI.
