REALLY beautiful labels! I have a suggestion for the rub-ons. Put them on the fabric before you glue the fabric to the paper. They need a hard surface to work best.

Really fun scrap project, not just for junk journals. Great for scrapbooking embellishments, card making layers, travelers notebook projects. I like your sizing/proportions and that you don’t overly decorate them, but leave them suggesting themes yet still flexible. Your layering sources are so interesting! I really need to be on the lookout for similar things as I sort through belongings of recently deceased family members.

I have a suggestion, that may make the firt steps a little bit easier ... If you start with the SMALLER piece of the background, cut the corners on that one FIRST and glue it on the bigger (1,5 * 3 inch) piece. (The bigger piece still with the corners intact!) And now you can cut of the corners very easily on this bigger piece, just eyeballing the distance from the first piece. 😉

I made lots of labels after the first video. These ones are lovely great work. You are right, you do use them up. What I did was cut 2 pieces of cardboard, 1 big, 1 small cut the corners off so I could cut all the 4 straight corners at once. Made it quicker than one corner at a time. Now I can print your didgies out I made my printer work.
