"...there will be some purists, among us...who say that the engine is music to our ears..." Oh, man do I hear that when they peer into the interior. I very tastefully installed (in one of my 86's) a very clean head unit, front AND rear components, subwoofer, amp and overall been one of the best upgrades to the car - for me. My quasi hot rod build has over 200,000 miles on it and my wife and I take it on weekend trips and grocery runs. She loves having the stereo for cross country trips - as do I. Glad to see you are doing what you want...I really respect a purists take and just nod my head and smile every time I get "the lecture" about 'the sound of the engine is all they need.' Sometimes we also need a little Iron Maiden and/or Scorpions :) Looking forward to future videos - Erik

Thank you for this video. This is your subscriber on the West Coast Los Angeles, but watching your video on the big island of Hawaii. I don’t see very many air cooled Porsches on the big island and we have eight islands so I don’t know maybe on other islands maybe there’s a Porsche, but on the big island, there aren’t very many 911. But waiting for the part three of the installation. Thank you. Your subscriber on the West Coast Los Angeles.

Hey! Thanks for the nice note and comment! Really appreciate it!!! Part 3 will be coming quite a bit later as I have decided to swap the speakers when I do the door cards and I am still deciding on which route to go on that. Will keep you posted. Another video will be coming in the meantime which runs through the correct and safe way to disable the steering lock! 😉
