The story was said ti be a reference of Peter Pan and they're in a world like Nederland , where they're happy, free and no worries...and there is also no Night time( No moon) that's why you can only see the sun symbols.. that is also the reason why they don't have shadows.. if you look at the firts scenes, the things have shadows except for them.. then when they found out, they tried to stop the time and started to have worries which causes their shadows to slowly show up when all 13 shadows were activated along with that crystal Vernon found, they activated a portal to the parallel world, which is the night time.. which also symbolizes the Moon.. A world, where they don't know what's in there... maybe the concept is more like a 50/50 for they're album like Sun/Moon. Love and heart breaking situations...

Okay so here's the theories carats posted on twitter, they said that seventeen were peterpan and they were in neverland, carats are Wendy Darling, if you pay attention to the part where vernon grab joshua's arms when he was holding the flower shua's shadow didn't appear, but after a while in the video each members shadows started appearing which they said meant that they are now aware that they are just in a fantasy or like now ending their boyhood (remember attaca's teaser?). If you noticed during the bridge part of the song, there was a clock that was stuck and not moving but when the clock started working again they fall back into reality. During the intro joshua was reading a book, if im not mistaken it translate into "A day without shadows" when they were playing scrabble the words they formed were "Shadows" and "Grow" while the book that Wonwoo (?) and Scoups that they're reading is titled "Growing Pains" while in the teaser, one book that was shown was "Peter Pan" Pledis also put a hashtag on their tweet when they posted the mv #epO so carats thought that the other episode after this mv would be on their next comeback which would be the full album release

It is their first English single, and their next full album will be in May! :) they just performed it on MTV fresh out! Wonwoo was absent because his mom unfortunately just passed away :(

I agree with you! It really hits different with earphones. It's like exploding rainbows in your brain. It's so good. I love the way you were watching it. Very relatable. I had a lot of smiles and brow raising moments too. Hahaha.

the last part of the video is like a continuation for their next full album which is maybe a dark era plus the sign at the left side before the end "fear is coming" also since the start many puzzle words came out maybe a spoiler for their next track

Mv that They in imaginary world. And Vernon found that they didn't have shadow. Ummm like it is not real world. But real world is broken.All of Mv was like they escape from grown. They have growing pain. something like that. The ends is a spoiler for new album in may!
