Hit The Road is a really great insight into the behind the scenes and each of their mindsets for performing and being an idol. Next episode deals with S.Coups' anxiety so it will be a bit difficult but the other episodes after are a lot lighter in tone so don't worry :) And Yoon Hye Lim is their creative director. She used to be their dance teacher predebut and now she helps them with concretizing their concept/ideas into actual choreo or stage performances. She helps them choreograph sometimes too bu it's not her primary role. Funny anecdote : Choi Young Joon (Seventeen's other main choreographer besides Hoshi) considers Yoon Hye Lim his dance mentor too. She was a senior in a dance crew he joined when he was younger and taught him a lot, and they coincidentally met again when he started working with Seventeen. Carats often say that Seventeen coming together is fate, as there are lots of anecdotes of Seventeen members and their staff having connections prior to Seventeen.

9-teen is a svt song ^^ fun fact: Seventeen has performed almost all of their songs (that means bsides too), only a few that hasn't been performed and that's from 2020 since pandemic. That's saying a lot and how confident they are in their discography 💞 they actually performed old songs in their western promo like grammy press play, the medley thing i forgot the title but they sang jb's holy in it, that's so?? New. like?? groups don't promote their old songs anymore but svt does it 💖😍 svt never repeats performances, they will always bring something new! Svt is fresh exactly. To me seventeen still has that rookie spirit, their passion and performance never change and still as top notch as ever, and the humbleness stick with them, they never forget their roots and the people they've worked with ♡ the amount of hard work they put in their craft, and their involvement on every aspect amazes me, i have never seen anyone in the industry like them. Truly the most hardworking and genuine group I've ever seen. When i look at them, they're just so beautiful..truly, kind hearted people attracts kind hearted souls, seventeen is surrounded by so many wonderful staff and fans. I'm happy to meet these beautiful kind hearted boys reaching their dreams together. I'm proud to be a carat! 💎💗💙

Yoon Hyelim used to be Svt’s trainer, dance teacher and choreographer ever since pre-debut. Over the years, she’s been promoted as svt’s creative director. Carats are very grateful & indebted to her for guiding, taking care and staying by svt’s side all throughout the years. She’s like a 2nd mother to the kids. P.S. - Just a heads up, Hit The Road series is kind of saddening, it was actually difficult for some carats to watch the series. But this story is part of svt and it was during this time when svt was ready to share this side of themselves to their fans. You will see a new side of them, i hope you enjoy though it might get hard to watch. :) Thank you for your time. :)

I started it when it came out but I still haven't been able to finish all episodes. I think it'll help to watch it together w/ sillypak. I think it's also bc since their debut, they've tried to be a beacon of light for CARATs and cheer us up. I could imagine what it was like behind the scenes considering how hard they work but seeing them getting all taped up and going to the hospital or taking breaks really hurt me. I must say I'm kind of guilty of being glad that the pandemic relieved them a bit from the constant tour schedule but still they even impress us in the online concerts too.

Just a bit of context before you watch ep 3! S coups was on hiatus for a while from the end of 2019 to early 2020 due to mental health, and his episode really shows the entire process of how it happened. It's always heartbreaking for me to watch as a seungcheol bias, but at the same time I feel so proud of him not only for coming back to us healthily but also being open about this experience and sharing it with us. It makes me double proud nowadays whenever he talks about how he's working on his self-esteem and loving himself. This really gives a glimpse into the burden he has felt as a leader and oldest member of svt (and being the maknae of his family not naturally falling into that type of role). He talks about this in various interviews and moments across their content as well (along with other members talking about supporting him), and it's also mentioned in ITS where cheol is talking about being on stage again and how happy he was to be there with the members. It really makes me so proud to see how far he's been able to come since this was filmed.

yessss! also side note: the DIOR necklace that jeonghan is wearing during that scene (y’know, that scene where you commented on his clavicles lmao) is a birthday present from shua ;__; honestly this is such a great way for you to get to know the members individually but also the group as a whole- and yes, every episode focuses on a specific member but also follows their tour (kind of) chronologically and the episodes ranges from heartwarming to heartbreaking (cheol is my ult bias and I wept during his episode… keep your tissues close by is all I’m saying) but you’ll also notice that they speak a lot about each other and the dynamics of the group in their respective episodes; I think you’ll fall even more in love with them after this. oh, and wonwoo is THAT person in seventeen for me- he’s always been my wrecker because I genuinely adore everything about him and I also find him stunning. like what the actual fuck stunning. I want you to give some info before scoups ep. He went on hiatus for a long time that's why most of their tour they were not complete. It really broke our hearts cause he's really having a hard time to comeback on stage. But yeah that's why when he cameback caratland really cried so much cause for a long time finally ot13, especially Scoups is the leader so there's really like a missing place. I hope u can know them more through this series. But i also want to suggest to watch their different variety shows for you to see their chaotic and funny side more and Going Seventeen is a must!

9-teen is a seventeen ost that they sang for a web drama! First a few of the members sang a song called a-teen (written by woozi) for s1 of the web drama and it was so popular that it topped the charts, and then all 13 members came tgt for an ost for season 2 called 9-teen. Both songs are fan favorites and amazing!! You can check them out if you have time. Joshua also did a cameo in s2 of the web drama. If you ever hear the members say "surprise!", they're imitating shua from his cameo haha

Yes all those different hair colors shows that the Ode To You world tour was a long one... almost 6 months and it would've been longer if it wasn't for the pandemic. They had to cancel all their stops in Europe, which would've been their first time ever performing in Europe 😭 I hope 2022 will be a better year and we can finally see the boys in person again. More and more groups are touring again, so I don't see why powerhouse performers like Seventeen can't do the same. I have a strong feeling they will drop their 4th full album this year and announce a world tour soon after And about 'hit the road'... it's definitely not a light hearted documentary but the boys were ready to be as real and as raw as possible and share the hardships they had to go through, without worrying carats too much, so I will always appreciate it. Scoups dealing with severe anxiety and having to take a much needed break for his mental health, made me especially sad, which you will see in the next episode Thank you for sharing this reaction and I hope you have fun seeing ateez in concert!

12:00 This is something Carats are really thankful for and proud of. Even for like year-end awards and stages, with very little time in between, they also come up with a new stage. As a Carat, we have to watch other artists perform before Seventeen. And it's always just the outfit that changes. But for Seventeen, it's always a mystery and a surprise. They will perform different songs, but even if it's the same song it will be a different arrangement or a different dance break. The same especially goes to concerts. It's also because all their B-sides are so so soooo good they don't have a single song released that they haven't performed either in concert or in stages.

I've attended Ode To You concert here in our country and I swear it was the best experience. PH is their last stop OTY concert before the pandemic start last Feb 2020. Sadly the tour was incomplete but Im very lucky to be there. I was crying because I finally got to attend to one of their concerts and it was my first one. I don't know when will I see them live on stage again but I will forever treasure that day in my life.

31:10 The answer is Jeonghan, his cheeks have lost a lot of weight (you can use the 2018 or "dwy" MV for comparison) and he took a break with S.coups, but Pledis allowed Jeonghan's rest period to be very short, and he was still unwell after returning to the group. At that time, other members were also sick at the same time eg.seungkwan injured his ankle, their work schedule was too frequent in 2019 (concert+"HIT" "An Ode" come back+ year-end stage+gose+other) If there is no COVID-19, such a frequent work schedule will continue at least until June 2020 (the work after half a year has been disclosed in 2019)
