They are a self producing group. Yup--they can all pretty much do everything. Seventeen debuted in 2015 and most were together in training before that so they know each other well and are very committed. No one has left since debut. They are an extremely talented and independent bunch, writing, producing and choreographing mostly themselves. In answer to your tour question--they have toured Asia, Oceania, North & South America . For the information, the short blonde-headed member with the lightened eyebrows is Woozi, leader of the Vocal sub-unit, and writer/producer of all of their songs. He plays piano/keyboards, a mean guitar, drums, flute, is a first chair clarinetest, and pretty much anything if he wants to. Pretty impressive, right? Three sub-units: Hip Hop (S.Coups = leader, the one with the multi-toned mullet, and is also the leader of Seventeen), Vocal (Woozi = leader), and Performance (Hoshi = leader...the one with blonde hair wearing the leather bomber jacket and cut-off cargos). Yes, each sub-unit has recorded their own songs/performances, just as all of the members have released multiple solo performances...most notably Hoshi ("Spider" and "Tiger"), Woozi ("Ruby"). Seventeen = 13 members + 3 sub-units that make up 1 team...so 13+3+1=17. However, the group was originally supposed to debut with 17 members, but it never got to that size by the time they debuted in 2015. And yes...they're family that love each other dearly. Most of them have been together (in training) since 2012 when they were just in middle school! A side note: Vernon (NYC) and Joshua (LA) are American/Korean and The8 (bright red hair) and Jun (3rd from the left wearing the short-sleeved cream colored shirt) are Chinese. DEFINITELY check out their performance AND choreos, as their choreos are considered some of THE MOST difficult in K-Pop, and PERFECTLY synchronized. Yes, they've had multiple world tours, and were last here in the States in December 2022; and this past December 2023 AMC Theaters broadcast "LIVE" their FOLLOW tour concert in Japan...and man, it was great! Fingers crossed they return to the States sooner than not! They have a comeback scheduled for April 29, I think. Even though it's a compilation album of their best songs, there will be a new feature...and we're excited about that! Thanks for reacting to them. Check out "Super", "Hot", "Left and RIght", "God of Music", "Fear" and it's response song "Fearless", "World", "Getting Closer", "Hit", "Clap"...and this will just get you started on their Korean releases. Wait until you get to their Japanese ones...which are STUNNINGLY beautiful and some of my favorites.

To give an idea of how big they are. In 2023 they sold more albums globally than any other artist by 1 million. Stray Kids was 2nd in sales. Taylor Swift was 6th. Thank u for this reaction. 💎

Ok, SVT debuted in 2015, so they have been around for years now. They have been to North America more than once, and have completed arena tours there. They are absolutely MASSIVE in Japan [they booked a stadium for 4 days just to do a fan signing event, and met I think 80,000 fans]. They are pretty big. Woozi, he with the blonde eyebrows, is the main songwriter and producer for the group. If you really want to know more about them, bite the bullet and watch the ‘super long guide’ [it is the only one that really goes in to sufficient detail]. Oh yes, they have a huge back catalogue of songs [10 mini albums and I think 5 studio albums now , plus ost’s]. All of the members write songs, many of them play instruments, well, Woozi plays a ton of instruments. Well worth looking into, they never disappoint. They are also really funny, they have a great variety show [Going Seventeen].

The one seemingly shortest is Woozi (read as UJi, short for Uri Jihoon or 'Our Jihoon' as his real name is Lee Jihoon). But he's around 5'5" so not really that short. The other members are just really tall (tallest is Mingyu who's 6'1") 😂 Woozi's also the composer and lyricist of almost all of Seventeen's song ☺️
