How to get over heart break (no particular order) 1: have friends. 2: change number, block from all social media. 3: start working out and dust off your hobby. 4:get out of the house as much as you can. 5: laugh and spend time with said friends. 6: keep yourself busy at work. 7: leave ex alone no matter what. The best revenge is no revenge and you gaining all the good things you deserve. They missed out. Not your problem. You have to value yourself and love yourself enough to remember how bad ass you were before that person walked into your life and made you think you needed them to live. The only way to get over it is to GET OVER IT. You’re strong and sexy and powerful. you choose who the hell you want and that’s that. No one chooses you. You choose them. No one is worthy of you. You’re the greatest most graceful and magical being. So stop crying and get back up. You REALLY do not NEED a man. If you have no friends it will be harder. Coming from someone who has like 1 friend. Reconcile old friendships worth salvaging and go out there and look for good people. They are out there. It’ll be a feat for sure but you have to try. Do it for yourself.
