This. Exactly, this. He is also very considerate of his co-stars, and filming crew working behind the scenes. I love how down to earth and wholesome he is, so passionate about his craft and career, and genuine adoration of his coworkers abilities is charming to no end. I've enjoyed his work more and more over the years, and cannot stand how a lot of interviews create a awkward situation, when they over sexualize such talented and dedicated actor, and fail to focus on his skills VS his aesthetics.

He's been a complete and utter jerk and an arrogant jackass. He's beaten himself up over his place in the world and what he should and shouldn't do. Look up Superman: Earth One; Volume 1-3 to see the Superman that Henry was portraying. Or, look at Tom Welling's portrayal on Smallville where Clark just wanted to be normal and have normal teenage problems, now take all the problems that Welling's Clark was tortured by when his powers emerged and put them on the shoulders of an elementary school child and see how it affects him. Man of Steel was amazing with what it did to Clark.

Our children need empowering in a place where adults can be so dangerous. Children need a voice to express theirselves more than ever. Expressing their fears without fear itself quieting them. Encouraging positive outlooks. Teaching them that core values are our building blocks given to us by those who bring us up and then they implement their own values as they live and learn and hopefully get to discover who they are what they need and want. In a world that has some with excess and many with very little. Compassion is important, caring for those who are family and those who are the family we choose for ourselves.

I can’t believe they stifled this charming actor with a boring superman character. Really wishes he does it again with hopefully different writers and directors

I find that he added so much to the character of Superman.

Loved the movie! Very empowering and uplifting. Henry Cavill was a perfect fit for this take on Sherlock. So glad he played this role!

If he hasn't already done an audiobook, he would be perfect to get into that. Right now that not too many IRL projects can be done, he should get into reading books. I would love to listen to his beautiful voice narrating. He did a bit for "the Witcher", so I think that he should do a few Sherlock Holmes books.

I haven't seen the movie as of this comment and just the trailers and I already want a sequel. Bless this Henry Cavill bloke. He's just too damn good, in every way. 😍😍😍

Great interview :-) Henry Cavil's perspective is wonderful. He explains his character - whether it's Geralt or Sherlock Holmes, or Superman, etc. so clearly that it makes it makes his role more interesting. It's obvious he loves what he does :-)

This is a man so secure with himself, he didn't self destruct with a bad movie like Batman vs Superman and went on to persevere and emerged on of the top leading man in Hollywood.

I really liked Enola Holmes, I thought it was a very clever movie, well written and the characters were very well acted out. It was great to see how Enola grows into this amazing woman who is even smarter than her brother Sherlock.

Okay,. Henry Cavill is perfect to be the next 007. He already proved he can do action with Mission Impossible, that he got that class and swagger with Man from UNCLE, and now as a man of knowledge and mystery as Sherlock Holmes. No doubt he'd be very convincing as a ladies's man, and yeah, his clothes too are already perfect. He just hit all the points to be the next Bond.

Personal empowerment was the real message in Enola Holmes. To empower one's self and be passionate about one's goals. 👏 Great film. 👌

A great subtle part of this film for me was when Sam Claflin slightly mimicked Henry Cavill's mannerisms and in turn made it totally believable that they were brothers.

I deserve all the credit, a couple years ago I was watching a short lived TV show, Intruders, can't remember the character name but Millie was possessed by an old spirit, Self I says there is a super star in the making. And here we are. Such an extraordinary actress, and lets not forget UPPING THE GIRL/YOUTH POWER a couple notches, Millie became Hollywood's youngest producer when she signed to do the Enola Holmes movies.
