Wow, anywhere else in this country all would be charged as adults, but the same police department that has been ignoring their crimes for so long is now trying to get them charged as juveniles and not adults. They are still trying to get these thugs off easy. You cannot make this stuff up.

This victim might still be alive if the police department had stopped these thugs instead of ignoring their crimes because their parents were rich. They have known for a long time the boys were committing crimes and I guarantee they knew who the perps were.
