The lady who had come to your home for Navratri. she is probably experienced in handling post delivery women. aapke saath koi aisa insaan chahiye jo aapko daatkar kambal me dabake rakhe. 1 week complete bedrest lo. bilkul ghar se nahi nikalna hai. thoda apne mood pe aur taste buds pe control rakho. garam haldi ka dooth, ajwain ka pani, gond methi ke panjiri ya laddoo ye sab aapko khane chahiye. har thandi cheez ko avoid karo.

I never commented on your vedio before but just a suggestion take complete bed rest for healing. I had same situation and been through D&C . No one can feel your pain. I had still birth as well and I didn’t took care of mine after still birth and I still have body pains in my lower body. Please take proper care of yourself. It will help you for your future health. Don’t get mad at people they all are concerned about you. Avinash Bhai’s nature is same like my husband because only my husband was with me when I went through the same situation.Stay strong and positive. God bless you and wish you the fastest recovery ❤. Plz rest drink lukewarm ajwain water . Store it in a bottle, don’t drink normal water at all for atleast 20 days. Ajwain water helps from gas and back pain and it relives you from menstrual pain too.

Hi Sam, I have commented this long long ago when you started your IVF journey. My Bhabhi had gone through this same process 10 years ago. I am re-iterating it again. Pls take rest and take care of yourself. You will be able to conceive faster this time i.e. within 6 months but pls be in complete bed rest during your next pregnancy. My Bhabhi had 3 miscarriages and 4th time she consulted a doctor in Vellore and there doctor told her to be in complete bed rest during her next pregnancy. She used to get up from bed only to go to loo. Even doctor told her to not sit in loo for long time as her baby could slip or miss a heart beat. After following strict routine for 9months including sleeping in one direction, she finally delivered a healthy baby girl. I will request you that pls take care of your self now, both mentally & physically. Once you have conceived, pls take rest and avoid going out or even exercise for next 9 months. My bhabhi had 3 miscarriages, first one within 3months, next one within 6month and last one just few weeks before delivery. So pls pls take care of yourself and do not hold long to conceive again. Your hormones are ready to conceive again but you should be mentally and physically ready. I pray you recover soon and lots of loveee to you Sherni. This time pls call your in laws as you need them for your caring.

I wrote in the vlogs many a times that you need a lot of special care but u r not listening 😢. Request u pl take bedrest and keep ur head covered,wear socks and bit heavy clothes. Diet as per doctor. Backpack it's happening as you've been so careless to yourself. Sambhavna yaar, I had D and C surgeries 3 times in my past. I did have a Epidural once that went too far and became a Spinal Tap and I had to have a "blood patch" to fix it, that Epidural was painful. Please make the doctor check you again. All the best.

Sam, you need complete rest baba, try to avoid walking for few days. i know bed pe reh reh ghutan si hoti hai but agar body ko complete rest nahi milegi toh problems arise ho sakte hai, so take rest, take your medicines time to time and read some motivational books it’ll automatically help you to recover darling!❤❤❤

Please Sambhavna ji, you need to heal your body and relax. Forget about everything. Your body has gone through a lot of trauma through your pregnancy and miscarriage and still going through. You need to relax and stay warm. If you don’t take care of yourself now, then in the future you will have a really bad aches and pains in the future. Please give up on cooking, cleaning, standing for long, walking etc for few days. You don’t have to prove any one that you are a strong healthy woman. You need rest Sambhavna ji.

Dont use Ice pack kyuki yeh almost delivery jaisi situation hai toh hot pack aur dhup mein back ko expose karo...tume lagega heal honey mein...uterus mein kuch issue hota hai tabhi yeh pain hota hai...Toh you need rest and give your body some time to heal...Bed par raho so jao...dont be active 15-20 days...har thandi chiz avoid karo...thandi chizen problem badhayengi...vlog nahi bhi dalogi toh koi aafat nahi ayegi dear...we just want you to stay healthy
