The after posture even when sitting is so improved...amazing

Your sciatica pain isn't anything until you're caught laying on the floor for a week counting spackle on the ceiling calling somebody on the phone to bring you ice. I'm from Minnesota and I'm about to book an appointment with this guy

kzbin.info/www/bejne/eojQeHSohqenfKs&pp=ygUXamVmZiBjYXZhbGllcmUgc2NpYXRpY2E%3D Try this as well, really helped me. I haven't had hip problems for a while now, while before I had it for years. Thing is that our hip abductors are usually so weak that it causes pain in hips. In the video I linked, especially the second one where he lifts the hip whilst standing next to a wall, that really helps me. Also yoga. Good luck, sciatica sucks.

Hi Stacy. You really look good on your profile picture and yes the girl felt relieved and maybe you should try it out if you feel such pain and I bet you are going to enjoy it and be more relieved as well

The way she is sitting at the beginning of the video only makes her sciatica worse. How would I know? I sit the exact same way. lol

Sometimes it’s NOT sciatic nerve sometimes it’s the Piriformis muscle! Both have almost same symptoms.

Do you recommend doing this if you’ve had a discetomy? Had it done and didn’t have pain for 2 years, now it’s back 😩 can’t put on my shoes or socks this week. Crying to get out of bed for work.

I have degenerative disc and have had one fusion in my neck but nothing in my lower back. My issues is because I have had surgery on my back through my neck, would this be an issue with the ring dinger? I have never been to a chiropractor before. So any info would be nice.

I'm curious does this work for scoliosis?
@josegonzalezgonzalez3486 Жыл бұрын
From what I’ve seen in other videos, you have to be aligned to get a ring dinger. I also saw a video where doc Johnson said that there are very few cases when a ring dinger isn’t recommended to use it. Now, I wouldn’t know a100% since I’m not a chiro lol.

not the expert either but I've heard extreme cases, even the worst ones definitely curved by having several and multiple pulls and adjustments like this to make even the nastiest pains melt away. I've personally paid attention to this quite often and most every y strap video I've seen has at least helped to some degree, if it doesn't take away the condition it at least curbs the pain. I'm sure there's some straightening in a pull but a permanent change can't come without consistency, with major spinal problems i don't think it will go completely away. who knows, I have not seen a patient needing this many many times over. Fixing and taking care of your body isn't going to require just a crack or alignment. It's going to require stretching and do light exercise and tons of other things that actually help you instead of making the problem worse.
