Myra came to Los Angeles from Missouri to consult with Dr. Rahim for scoliosis in her spine. She has been suffering for many years due to the imbalances created from her scoliosis. She came for one visit to get answers to her spine and health issues. Dr. Rahim reviews her full spine X-rays and explains the difference between a structural versus a functional scoliotic spine. Dr. Rahim then performs a detail spine and extremity evaluation for Myra. . Multiple imbalances and misalignments were found which included the pelvis, sacrum, neck, shoulders and ankle.

When my sisters were younger, my oldest sister has scoliosis and she had to wear like a plastic body brace and it actually fixed her spine. My middle sister has scoliosis as well and she refused to wear the brace. But the doctor really wanted to do the metal rod that rests against the back with the neck holder?Either that or surgery and she refused both and then didn’t wear the brace now her back is really messed up.

This might seem like a silly question but isn’t her curve big enough for surgery? I had surgery for scoliosis when I was a kid and I am so glad that I did. Adjustments are a lifesaver. But man I couldn’t imagine walking around with a curve that big still!

@@SaveByGraceAlone when you say bisaya it compose of negros island, panay island, cebu, guimaras, bohol, leyte and samar each uses different Ouch like me i am in negros facing ilo-ilo i uses agay or aragay or aragoy but when i am in cebu i uses aroy, aroy ka dong and ilonggo and negrense or bacololeño speaks hiligaynon we use Agay for Ouch, ilonggo is not a language it is a people of ilo-ilo and they speak hiligaynon same with bacolod city
