Severe Storm in Chicago July 23 2010

2010 was a pretty crazy year for severe weather in the US. I live outside of Chicago, and we got some pretty good storms as well. 2016 was a very scary year when there was a tornado that hit Rochelle.

I remember this. I was like 4 my mom made us hide downstairs in the bathroom. That’s how I developed a phobia of tornadoes...

MAGNIFICENT. I WISH WE CAN HAVE MORE THUNDERSTORMS LIKE THIS IN LOS ANGELES. WE ONLY GET A HALF ASS GOOD THUNDERSTORM ABOUT ONCE EVERY 18 MONTHS AND ONE THIS DRAMATIC ABOUT ONCE EVERY 4 YEARS. YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE NEAR BY DESERT IN SUMMERTIME TO SEE SOMETHING EVEN CLOSE TO THIS.

the start of those storms are at the end of this clip. They actually werent severe but they lasted a long time and caused allot of flooding

weather underground has a cool feature that allows me too see the radar in the past it looked like chicago had a worse storm at around 8:00 pm that day what was that storm like?
