Severe Thunderstorms in Northern Illinois - Epic Structure, High Winds, Heavy Rains - 7/14/23

Thunderstorms formed over northeastern Iowa during the afternoon of July 14th, 2023. Storms moved across northern Illinois over the course of the evening, bringing with them sporadic hail and damaging winds, as well as a tornado warning in the Chicago area. These storms also exhibited some pretty sweet structure as well!

Most of the footage was filmed in the Rochelle, Mendota, and Earlville areas.
