I live in the midwest (Missouri) and have never SEEN a tornado, of course I have only lived here for 4 years. Please forgive my ignorance, did my eyes literally see oak trees ripped UP from their roots? If yes, then that is truly awful power, like incomprehensible. Yes, this was a fantastic video! Good video! No panic mode as you film! They are destructive but fascinating at the same time!

Being outside in the middle of this for 30min dismissing a school full of elementary school kids was NOT fun. Between the noise of the sideways rain pelting me, the thunder and the wind I couldn't even hear the walkie right next to my ear at max volume for a good 5 minutes at the storm's most intense point. I had an umbrella and rain slicker and was still completely drenched below the waist.
