Little tip to save fabric, if you can cut the bodice pieces on a double fold. This could save half a metre or more. This dress is so pretty definitely going to look into the pattern x

I made a top with this beautiful fabric and gave it to my daughter. Now I've had to buy more to make one for me! Your dress looks lovely and will be nice and cool to wear in this heatwave!

Great to see your first vlog! And glad you enjoyed making the Rhea dress, it looks lovely :) When I gather, I like to sew one lot of gathering stitches within the seam allowance and one outside the SA so that when you gather and sew to the bodice it's easier to do. And if you want a cutting mat, The Works sell big ish ones quite cheaply! Also, if you like the Bodyguard and haven't watched it yet I would recommend Line of Duty - we're rewatching for the second time and it's SO good :D
