When you were deciding on what color to quilt with I was rooting for the gold. Looks like I got my wish in a roundabout way. I'm a newbie and I do not have a machine that quilts the entire piece. Is this normal to make hundreds of cuts to have a truly beautiful design? I'm worried that after cutting for hours, I won't be able to finish the final finish of quilting that your machine does for you. Now that said, the design is lovely and your tutorial is very informative. I just remember the days that my Momma spent with a quilt hanging from the ceiling and her stitches so straight and tight. I truly want to do a quilt if only in honor of my Mom.❤
