Wow, you went to town! I made the peplum top and the printing out and instructions were really clear. You have a few I hadn't seen tempting me. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your ideas Katelynn, I love that you've liaised with Becky, so that one of you looks at tops & the other pants - perfect pairing. I love your fabrics but I think your grandmas housecoat is so pretty & it would be a lovely upcycle project 🤗

Such cute patterns! Hard to choose I bet. I adore fabrics store free patterns. I would LOVE it if you did a video on stitching pdf patterns together and how to project them. I *think* I want/need a projector 🙈

Great suggestion. I've considered it, just need to get more confident with pdf stitcher

The Luna tank was actually longer then I thought it would be. Especially because of the drape. I almost lengthened it and then didn’t at last minute.

I'm a few years late but i made the daisy top and the instructions are INFURIATINGLY vague. I had to just guess at a few steps and I'm not sure i did everything right... I was really bummed with the way it came out. Still trying to figure out how to salvage it
@seasonallyproductiveАй бұрын
Oh no! That is one common down-side to free patterns. Go with your gut, use pins to test your theories, and I bet you'll figure it out!
@rhonddalesley2 жыл бұрын
I’d suggest not to use power mesh for that top because you could run into problems with the 4 way stretch pulling the garment out of shape, it obviously wouldn’t be as bad if you used lighter weight fabric for the rest of the top but it still might not hang right. I’ve never used it for garment sewing personally so I’m not 100% sure how it would behave in that scenario but I have swimwear with it in and know that it’s made to adapt to the contours of your body so it has to stretch a fair bit. I have some of those patterns that are buried in my stash so thank you for the reminder to dig them out!
