Lovely makes, really like the dungarees. With the collar, I probably would go with the construction like the bakerloo blouse collar, Juliet uzor has a tutorial just for the collar and it would give you the finish your looking for x

Both garments look lovely on you. Great fabrics and it was good to hear about your experience making them. I thought of making side seam slits in the blouse for hip ease, so was glad to see someone else suggested it too. They look fine to me but a small dart in the centre front seam could sort out the gaping issue for the dungarees. Minor unpicking surgery compared to trying to adjust from the edges. Just an idea. 🌸

Love both these makes, the dungarees look great in that patterned fabric. I agree about the sizing in the blouse pattern, having watched a couple of you videos, I think you are a size 10, so it seems a bit ridiculous if you need large or even xl on the hip. I find finished garment measurements are essential to decide on fit. Thanks for the reviews and good to see patterns that I haven’t seen on other channels.

Thank you very much, I'm so pleased with both of these makes, although I have to say the dungarees have gotten more wear than the blouse so far and I think that's due to the blouse being a little tight around the hips, so I think I'll try and let it out a little if I can. Yeah I'm about a size 10-12 so was surprised by how small the blouse came up. Glad my reviews have been received well 😁. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment xx

Both garments are really nice and look lovely on you! I'm excited to try the dungarees, a free drafting guide is great as I'm not sure dungas would suit me as I have a long torso. I believe Diane Deziel has a couple videos on Peter pan collars but I haven't attempted one myself.

Lovely makes Karen. Because you have done the binding so beautifully round the neck of the blouse I think it’s a really nice and slightly different look.

Thank you Jan, I did go back to re-read the instructions to see if I'd done it wrong, but still not sure lol. It just said to attach bind and sew seam allowance to the main garment, which I'm still not sure about. Really pleased with the blouse though and it will get lots of wear. Just waiting for some warm weather now xx

Love your makes, Karen, and they look fantastic on you! A (hopefully helpful) suggestion should you make any other patterns from Tiana's Closet (or another website) is to measure the actual pattern pieces before cutting out your garment fabric so that if you need to make fitting adjustments or size up / down, you can do so on the pattern pieces first and therefore transfer those changes to your garment fabric. By the way, I agree with you about the binding on the peter pan collar. I think it looks nice the way it is but my preference, too, would be without it as it does look more streamlined without the binding. I really enjoyed your video and look forward to more in the future. Take care and happy sewing!

Both beautiful makes, excited to try the dungarees. Could you possibly add small side slits to your blouse to give the comfort fit you prefer? It would be lovely under a pinafore dress as well. Well done! The blouse fabric is just beautiful 💗
