Yes you can - Lengthen the main, facing, and lining the same amounts … and maybe add another row of buttons. ♥️

@@janfranklin2114 👋 good eye 👁️ 😃 My bestie machine is still in the repair shop for the mysterious power switch mishap, and I can’t wait to get it back because it makes the prettiest one-step buttonholes. In the meantime I’ve been sewing them the old- fashioned way, sewing all 4 sides myself with a zig zag stitch. 😃

First, thank you for making this sew-a-long because the instructions weren't that clear. Secondly, the pattern I downloaded only has 3 buttonholes on one side, and 3 button placements on the other as opposed to 6 buttonholes for 6 buttons (all on the right side). In other words, there were 3 circles and 3 lines for the markings. Did you alter this on your own or maybe I transferred the markings incorrectly (help)...

You’re right, that’s how the pattern is- I added the opposing 3 buttonhole markings on my own once everything was laid in place
