Thins it out more...clip ins work better..no tension on the hair and no tugging and pulling at the scalp

the best option is cornrows under a wig. Extensions of all kind put stress on hair and reduce your access to your hair. Other than a wig, I would say a sew in is the best option for daily wear.

You can make a u-part wig for yourself. That way you dont have to have the actual bundles sewn onto your head
